Day 3...exhausting. It's Sunday. I woke up to do the detox tea, but not in enough time to make the smoothie. So, I wasn't able to get the smoothie until 4ish. It was Apple Berry. I used a different blade; so, it didn't come out thick like yesterday.
It was okay. Definitely use the sweetner if you like sugar. I don't; trying to avoid any additional additives.
